Terms of Service

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms set out how we work with you when you use this website, request a quotation, buy a spreadsheet tool or engage Grace Consult for accounting, tax or automation work.

1. Who we are

Grace Consult, LLC ("Grace Consult", "we", "us") provides accounting, tax consulting, bookkeeping and back-office automation services, together with downloadable spreadsheet tools and a free tax information assistant.

These terms apply to our website, our quotations, our paid services, our spreadsheet tools and any correspondence with us. By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to them.

2. Our services

  • Accounting and tax automation bundles, scoped individually and priced by written quotation (RFQ).
  • Monthly bookkeeping and recurring consulting engagements.
  • The Google Sheet tax calculation, report and analysis tool, sold as a one-time digital product.
  • A free tax information assistant, limited to a set number of questions per person.
  • A weekly email newsletter covering tax updates and business guidance.

3. Quotations, fees and payment

Bundles are quoted after we review your requirements. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise, and work begins once you accept it in writing and any required deposit is received.

Published prices for the spreadsheet tool and email consultations are the prices in force at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout; Indonesian Rupiah prices and US Dollar prices are separate and are not converted by us.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Where payment by invoice is offered, payment terms are stated on the invoice.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate and timely records, documents and explanations for us to work from.
  • Keep your own copies of source documents and files.
  • Tell us promptly about anything that affects your reporting, such as changes in ownership, activity or deadlines.
  • Use the spreadsheet tools and website lawfully, and do not resell, redistribute or sublicense them.

5. Scope and review role

We configure automation, prepare workpapers, review calculations and explain findings. Unless a written engagement says otherwise, you remain responsible for the data entered into your systems, for filing your own returns and for the accuracy of the information you give us.

Work we perform is based on the information available to us at the time. Where information arrives late or changes, we may need to revise our work and we will tell you if that affects the fee.

6. No guarantee of outcome

Tax and accounting rules change, and authorities assess facts case by case. We apply professional judgement but cannot guarantee a particular tax result, saving, refund or approval.

Content on this website, in our newsletter and in the tax assistant is general information for business owners. It is not a substitute for advice on your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship by itself.

7. Spreadsheet tools

A spreadsheet tool is licensed to the purchasing business for internal use by its team. Access is delivered by email after payment. You may adapt it internally, but you may not sell it, publish it or share it outside your business.

8. Refunds

Automation bundles and recurring engagements carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of the engagement starting, tell us and we will refund the fees paid for that engagement.

The spreadsheet tool is a digital product delivered immediately and is non-refundable. Because it cannot be returned, please review the feature list and ask us any questions before you join the waitlist or buy.

Email consultations are refundable before we send our written answer, and not after.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business, financial and personal information confidential and use it only to deliver the services you engaged us for. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy who help us operate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending an engagement

Either side may end an engagement with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work already performed up to that date, and we will hand over the workpapers and files you own.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above. Changes do not affect an engagement already accepted under an earlier version.

13. Contact
