Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

This policy explains what information Grace Consult collects when you use this website, request a quotation, buy a spreadsheet tool, use the free tax assistant or subscribe to our newsletter, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

Grace Consult, LLC handles personal and business information in the course of providing accounting, tax and automation services, selling spreadsheet tools and running our newsletter.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. You can reach us about privacy at info@grace-consult.com.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email address and, where you choose to provide it, a WhatsApp number and business name.
  • What you write to us: enquiry and quotation details, message content and the documents or spreadsheets you send.
  • Service information: entity type, tax profile answers, revenue range and the notes you add to help us answer.
  • Purchase information: the product bought, amount, currency and the email used at checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe and are never stored by us.
  • Newsletter subscription status, and whether you have used the free tax assistant question allowance.
  • Basic technical information such as page visits and errors, used to keep the site working.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and deliver the service you asked for.
  • To deliver a spreadsheet tool purchase and send the related receipt and instructions.
  • To send the weekly newsletter, when you opt in.
  • To run the free tax assistant within its question limit and keep answers consistent for you.
  • To keep accounting and tax records we are required to keep, and to prevent misuse of our services.

4. Our basis for processing

We process most information to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before a contract, such as preparing a quotation. The newsletter and any optional updates rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We also process information where we have a legal obligation to keep records, and where we have a legitimate interest in protecting and improving our services.

5. Who we share it with

  • Stripe, for card payments and receipts.
  • Google, for the spreadsheet tools and the connected spreadsheet workspace.
  • Our email delivery provider, for service emails and the newsletter.
  • Our accounting, tax and IT providers, where they need the information to support our own operations.
  • Authorities, where the law requires disclosure.

6. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not ask for your bank login credentials, and we do not store full card numbers.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry and quotation records are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Service and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Question allowances for the free assistant are kept so limits stay fair across visits.

8. Security

Access to client information is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your information.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Ask what information we hold about you, and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue, or by emailing us.

10. Cookies and local storage

We use the small amount of browser storage needed to keep the site working, such as remembering that you dismissed an offer and whether you are signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Information sent outside your country

Some of the providers listed above store data on servers outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we rely on the provider to apply appropriate safeguards for the transfer.

12. Children

Our services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. If you have a privacy question or want to exercise a right above, write to info@grace-consult.com and we will reply by email.
